I'm still feeling pretty great at this point in the pregnancy. I haven't gotten to the miserable/uncomfortable phase yet. The worst thing is probably the cankles right now. My calves, ankles and feet are swollen every day. There's not an ankle bone in sight. Dont beleive me?? Check these sausages out:

Everything else did go great at the dr. She is growing fine and doing great! At 29 weeks the baby's head is in proportion to the rest of the body. Fat continues to accumulate under the skin. The brain can control primitive breathing and body temperature control, and the eyes can move in the sockets. The baby is becoming sensitive to light, sound, taste and smell. She weighs nearly three pounds now and measures about 17 inches. Though she's getting pretty close to her birth length, she still has to chub out a bit. In fact, over the next 11 weeks, she'll more than double — or even come close to tripling — her weight. And as she grows and the room in your womb gets tighter, you'll be less likely to feel those big kicks and more likely to get poked by an elbow or jabbed by a knee.
You look great! Don't let the weight bother you! It will melt off after you have her. I did the same thing; 10 pounds one month! Although I cried for a few hours :(
ReplyDeleteStay off those feet!
I certainly had a ten pound month, but I probably did more than once...Agree with your friend Jessica about staying off the feet. If you can't do it at school you need to be off them as soon as you get home. You don't want it to get worse the next few months so drink water and FEET UP!!!
